Just like we have all experienced, someone will figure out a way to catch fish no matter the conditions. He does it time and time again. As a matter of fact I am representing the bait in WA state. I own my own bait company and I have created a finesse specific bait line, heavily oriented to the samllmouth and the tubes were a great addition.
